Forward March Inc. (FMI) Elite Leader Training, in partnership with Mentally Tougher, LLC, has developed a unique training program known as the Adaptive Leader Training Program - Resilience, Readiness, & Restoration. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality elite leadership and resilience training that positively impacts employers, employees, and their families. The Adaptive Leader Program is designed to enhance the resilience and performance of employees both in and out of the office. This innovative and holistic FMI training promotes an individual's physical, psychological, spiritual, and social performance to support a healthy life balance.

Transitioning from the pandemic and virtual environments presents a unique challenge, especially with the expectation of returning to 'normalcy' at home with family. We recognize that adapting to these new stressors is a process that is not always quick or straightforward.

Building resilience equips us for success by enhancing capacity, improving cognitive focus, and facilitating mental restoration.

We teach leaders to employ adaptive resilience techniques to assess, engage, and enact changes in behaviors that bolster an employee's ability to manage life, job, and environmental stressors.

FMI - Elite Leader Training and Mentally Tougher, LLC are committed to leveraging our distinctive approach to train adaptive leaders, helping employers and individuals utilize techniques that promote physical, emotional, spiritual, and social restoration.

The Adaptive Leader Training, designed for those pursuing elite leadership, consists of 4 Learning Modules: I – Mindset ABC's, II – Feedback, III - Constructive Response, and IV - Uncommon Courage, all of which are part of the fmi training curriculum.

Our elite leadership training can be taught virtually or in-person. We begin with an in-person, interactive needs assessment to ensure the training is specifically targeting the needs of the trainees. 

Our approach involves training modules that consist of facilitated discussions, where participants actively engage in their own learning to invoke profound conclusions about themselves and others. Practical exercises will also be utilized regularly for reinforcement and discussion, making our FMI training dynamic and impactful. 

Each module is designed to equip leaders with techniques and tools that will have an immediate impact on individuals and families. The focus will be on actionable strategies to change and improve behaviors rather than just philosophical ideas. 

Training Modules: 

Module I - Mindset ABC's - This module focuses on understanding how thoughts drive our emotions and reactions, significantly impacting performance and resilience. By enhancing cognitive and emotional well-being, participants will gain better control over counter-productive thinking habits. 

Module II - Feedback - In the military, effective feedback is a crucial skill that is often not taught to future leaders. However, it profoundly influences mindset, trust, respect, rapport, motivation, and morale. When leaders learn to give constructive feedback, they can maximize the potential of their teams, develop meaningful relationships, and leave a lasting legacy. 

Module III - Interpersonal Communication - This module emphasizes developing connections characterized by mutual positive regard, trust, and active engagement, both at work and at home. 

Module IV - Uncommon Courage - Participants will explore key factors that enable relationships to thrive, focusing on critical relationship-building skills that facilitate the creation of robust support networks. Strong relationships are essential for managing stress and enhancing overall well-being.
